An Intimate and Elegant Wedding at Shangri-La Paris

When Fatoumata and Marc, a Franco-German couple living in Switzerland, contacted us, the challenge was both exciting and inspiring: planning an elegant and intimate wedding in Paris… in just three months.

With demanding professional schedules and very limited time to dedicate to the planning process, they quickly realized they needed a wedding planner capable of creating a seamless and refined experience from start to finish. Their vision was clear: they wanted a prestigious Parisian palace wedding while still enjoying warm and intimate spaces throughout the celebration, without ever leaving the venue.

After discussing their expectations and lifestyle, Shangri-La Paris naturally became the perfect choice. The venue offered everything they were looking for: Parisian luxury, timeless elegance, and the possibility to create different atmospheres within one extraordinary location.

Their ceremony took place inside the magnificent Grand Reception Rooms, entirely designed in an all-white aesthetic that beautifully enhanced the gilded details, grand fireplaces, and historic architecture of the palace. The result was sophisticated, luminous, and incredibly romantic.

The celebration continued throughout the palace, including the iconic Roland Bonaparte salon, where guests enjoyed an elegant dinner followed by an intimate and joyful evening reception. Every space was thoughtfully curated to create a fluid and immersive experience for their guests.

The wedding was beautifully captured by French wedding photographer Rémi Dupac, whose artistic eye highlighted every emotion, every detail, and the timeless atmosphere of the day.
