How does the initial consultation work?
Our first consultation is a structured conversation designed to understand your vision, expectations, and priorities, and to ensure we are fully aligned before moving forward.

No. At Organsa, every celebration is personally overseen by Sandrine Rosette, Founder & Creative Director, who works alongside Nicolette, our dedicated American assistant for our American clientele, throughout the planning process.
On the wedding day, we carefully assemble a dedicated on-site coordination team based on the size, complexity and logistics of your celebration. Each team member has a clearly defined role, ensuring seamless vendor coordination, guest management, timeline supervision and flawless execution.
This collaborative approach allows us to provide an exceptional level of service while ensuring you can fully enjoy every moment of your celebration with complete peace of mind.
Do you offer à la carte service?
As a general rule, we specialize in Full Wedding Planning & Design, allowing us to oversee every aspect of your celebration while delivering a seamless, refined and fully personalized experience.
However, if you are planning an intimate celebration, a micro wedding, or would like professional guidance before hiring your wedding planner, particularly to help you select the perfect venue, accompany you during venue visits, or provide expert advice before making your final decision, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Likewise, if you have already secured your venue and are looking for tailored support for the next stages of your planning, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Every celebration is unique, and we will be pleased to discuss your vision and recommend the level of support best suited to your needs.
How many weddings do you take on per year?
We intentionally limit the number of projects we accept, approximately six to eight weddings/event per year, to ensure an exclusive level of service and personalised attention for every couple.
Invest
What are your fees?
Every celebration is entirely bespoke, and our planning fees are determined according to the scope, complexity and level of support required.
We typically work on large-scale weddings with an overall investment starting from approximately €150,000.
For intimate weddings and micro weddings, our clients’ overall wedding investment generally starts from approximately €50,000.
How does payment work for international clients?
We accept international bank transfers in euros, with a clear payment schedule structured around key planning milestones. All fees and the payment calendar are confirmed in writing before the project begins, so there are no surprises along the way.
Destination & Travel
Can we get married in France as foreigners?
Most of our American and international clients choose a symbolic or secular ceremony in France, having completed their legal marriage beforehand in their home country. This is the most straightforward option for international couples, and we guide you through this from our very first conversation.
Are travel expenses included?
Travel expenses depend on the destination and are clearly detailed in your proposal, so you have full visibility over the total investment from the outset.
