We design a bespoke concept: visual identity, mood, colour palette, guest experience and overall aesthetic coherence.
What are the key stages of your process?
Vision, concept creation, venue search, vendor curation, design and scenography, logistics, timeline, guest management and on-site orchestration.
What is our role?
You make the key decisions. We handle the operations, coordination, planning, vendor communication and global project management.
Important: we do not bargain or negotiate vendor fees. We work with professionals whose pricing reflects their quality and expertise.
How often do we do meet?
Regular check-ins adapted to the pace of your planning.
Do you use shared tools?
Yes, with shared timelines, documents and tracking tools.
Vendors, venues & creative direction
How do you select vendors?
Fully bespoke, based on your aesthetic, the per-guest budget, destination and level of service required.
Can you help us choose the venue?
Yes, with a curated selection in France or abroad.
Do you provide full design and creative direction?
Yes: visual identity, scenography, decor, stationery, lighting and atmosphere.
Do you manage guest experience?
Yes, especially for multi-day or destination weddings.
Do you work with local partners abroad?
Yes, we collaborate with trusted local teams.
Budget & fees
What minimum budget do you recommend?
- High-end: €800 to €1,200 per guest
- Premium: minimum €1,200 per guest
- Luxury: €1,500 to €2,000 per guest
What are your planning fees?
Our fees are based on percentage of 10% of the overall budget for the planning.
Fees depend on scope, destination, guest count, number of days and complexity of the project
Do you handle micro-weddings?
Yes, with minimum fees for bespoke service.
How does payment work?
In instalments: retainer, intermediate payments and final balance.
Destination weddings
Do you work only in Paris?
No — we work in France, Europe and internationally.
How do you manage international weddings?
We coordinate vendors, logistics, scouting and on-site execution.
Do you organise multi-day events?
Yes: welcome dinners, pre-wedding events, main day, brunches, pool parties.
Are there travel fees?
Yes, depending on the destination. They may be included or invoiced separately. If not included, we advance the expenses and you reimburse them with invoices.
Do you handle RSVP tracking and guest management?
Yes, as an option. We can fully manage your guest-related logistics, including:
- RSVP tracking,
- collection of key information (dietary needs, allergies, special requirements),
- group organisation,
- real-time updates,
- accommodation lists and room allocations,
- arrival and departure management,
- pre-wedding communication (emails, schedule, instructions, website).
For destination or multi-day weddings, we also coordinate:
- transfers between hotels and the venue,
- transportation logistics (private or group transfers),
- shuttle schedules,
- driver coordination and on-site follow-up.
The goal is to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for your guests — and for you.
Wedding day & logistics
What happens on the wedding day?
We manage set-up, vendors, timeline, guest flow and key moments as speeches Launch, guest surprises…
Do you manage last-minute changes?
Yes, with anticipation, adaptability and on-site adjustments.
How many people are on your team?
Minimum 3 coordinators, reinforced depending on complexity. Local partners may be added for certain destinations.
Do we need to provide meals?
Yes, lunch and one hot meal per team member.
Availability & commitment
How many weddings do you accept per year?
We accept 6 weddings per year. A limited number to ensure high-end and Luxury service.
Can you decline a project?
Yes — if the date is booked, the per-guest budget is too low, the style is not aligned or the constraints are unsuitable.
When should we book you?
Ideally 9 to 12 months in advance.
